We have a strict no-parties policy. In line with local city ordinances, please keep noise to a respectful minimum after 9:00 PM. Occupancy: To ensure everyone stays comfortably, the maximum guest limit is 5 guests. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly outdoor-only. Please ensure all nearby doors and windows are closed so smoke doesn't drift inside, as a $500 deep-cleaning fee applies for any interior smoke odor. Pooch Guidelines: We love four-legged guests! Please make sure to add your pets to your reservation. To keep our home pristine for the next guest, we ask that pets stay off the furniture and are never left unattended. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard before departure (a $100 yard cleanup fee applies for waste left behind). Fire Safety: Arizona takes fire safety seriously! Please adhere to all local seasonal fire bans regarding the outdoor fire pit. Firewood isn't provided, but you can easily grab a bundle at the local Fry's down the road! Need a Replenishment? If you run out of essentials like coffee, propane, or paper products during your stay, just message Hometown Hosts during normal business hours and we’ll gladly get you restocked.
